Clockwork (2022) - Sea Island & Ferry

Commissioned work for the In-between exhibition,  Hong Kong Art Museum (music video shot on location)

Co-founder, Composer & Pianist, Sea Island & Ferry Ensemble (2015 – present)

• Co-founded and composed for a four-piece, Hong Kong-based neo-chamber ensemble whose line-up has included piano, cello, violin, xiao, clarinet and saxophone 
• Composed and produced over 30 recorded pieces of work released across major streaming platforms  
• Performed internationally in Hong Kong, Taiwan, Japan, and a tri-city UK tour, including appearances in the Edinburgh Festival Fringe 2024, totalling more than 80 shows
• Winner of Band/Group of the Year in the Hong Kong Music Critics Choice Awards 2022

Freelance Composer - Film and other commissioned works (2015 – present)

• Composed original score to a feature-length Hong Kong documentary film To be Continued, featured in the 47th Hong Kong International Film Festival 2023  
• Composed and produced music for the In-between exhibition showing at the Hong Kong Museum of Art, May 2022 - March 2023 
• Composed for other local performers through commissioning sponsorship by the Hong  Kong Composers and Authors Society (CASH) Music Fund (2016)

Independent Singer-songwriter (1997-2015)

• Wrote, recorded and released over 50 songs, with 3 albums on streaming platforms (in Cantonese)
• Signed to local Hong Kong independent label 89268 (2003-2006, still working together on projects)
• Signed to Warner Chappell Music, Hong Kong as exclusive songwriter (1997-2002)

Freelance Community Music and Cultural Organizer (2013 – present)

• Curated and organized multiple community outdoor musical performances including a quarterly series at the Blue House (a historical architectural site) between 2017 and 2020 in Hong Kong, working with more than 50 local musical groups and performers from different genres 
• Organised community concerts and film screenings in the UK with local organisations
